Absolutely. And I don’t just tour – I provide a comprehensive, written breakdown of my observations so you can review everything at your own pace.
Do I have to accept your advice?
Not at all. Choosing care for your child is incredibly personal. If something I suggest doesn’t feel right to you, you should absolutely go with your gut.
Do you operate interstate?
Yes, I support families across Australia. Additional charges apply for interstate services.
Is The Childcare Concierge Australian-owned and operated?
Yes, proudly.
Where are you based?
I’m based in Melbourne but work with families nationally.
Can you help me find care for more than one child?
Of course. Sometimes that even means recommending different services for different children – and I fully support that too.
Do you hold a current Working With Children Check?
Yes, absolutely. I’m always happy to provide it on request.
Why should I use The Childcare Concierge instead of doing it myself?
You can do it yourself, but I bring years of experience as a former Centre Director and a deep understanding of the sector’s inner workings. I know the questions families aren’t told to ask, how to cut through the sales spin, and what quality and safety really look like, not just what’s presented on the tour.
